Health And Social Care Courses
These OFQUAL regulated qualifications focus on professional/vocational work-based skills development, and provide a flexible, vocationally relevant suite of Health and Social Care qualifications, which will equip learners with the skills to develop realistic employment opportunities to progress to a range of job roles across the continuum of the health and social care sectors e.g. hospitals, residential settings, domiciliary services and community provision.
Learners will be able to demonstrate skills, behaviours and values in relation to communication, health intervention, life support, health and safety and inclusion. They also enable learners to meet the care and support needs of individuals through encouraging active participation, promoting independence and enabling achievement of personal goals.
These qualifications also provide job opportunities and a route to further study at universities. UCAS points are also available after successfully completing the relevant qualifications.
